RETURN POLICY

At Hair by Kymmystry, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair . Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene/sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.

To be eligible for a replacement review:

Hair must remain unused, uninstalled, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging with all ties/bands intact.

Any signs of wear, brushing, cutting, coloring, or installation will void eligibility.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Hair by Kymmystry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays.
